How It Works

Clear steps for tenants and landlords.

Use these guides to understand how public searching, tenant onboarding, landlord setup, billing, and ongoing rental management work together inside RentalManagerHub.

Admin-manageable tutorials

Your admin website can still add or update extra guides, so the public onboarding content stays flexible as your process changes.

More Guides

Extra help added from the admin website

These cards can be updated from the admin portal whenever you want to add more onboarding help.

Find a Rental

Search by place and property fit

Use province, city, barangay, property type, and rental filters to narrow down the best listings faster.

Start on the homepage or browse rentals page, choose your Philippines location filters, then refine by property type, rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing, and availability. Open any listing to review the gallery, property details, owner information, and inquiry actions before deciding what to do next.
Send an Inquiry

Sign in before sending an inquiry

Property inquiries now require a renter or tenant login so every conversation stays attached to a real account.

Open the listing you like, sign in as a tenant or create a tenant account first, then send your message, application, or viewing request. Your inquiry thread stays in your tenant portal so you can come back later, attach files, and continue the conversation with the owner or company member.
Become a Landlord

Create a landlord workspace

Choose Become a Landlord when you want to create a company-member account and start managing listings.

The landlord flow creates a member account first, then continues to company setup, payment setup, approvals, and the member workspace. After setup, you can publish listings, manage tenants, review property inquiries, track billing, and handle day-to-day rental operations.
Tenant Portal

Claim or use your tenant portal

Existing tenants can claim their account with a tenant reference code, while new users can create a tenant account for inquiries.

If a landlord or company already created your tenant profile, use the tenant reference code claim flow so your portal links to the right tenant, company, and property assignment. If you only want to start with listing inquiries for now, create a tenant account first and your conversations will stay saved in the tenant portal.
