Built from a landlord’s real experience.

RentalManagerHub started from a real problem I experienced personally as a landlord. Managing one or two tenants was simple, but once I had five or more tenants, it became harder to stay on track with payments, records, contact details, and daily rental tasks.

Some tenants changed their phone numbers, and it became difficult to contact them again. Sometimes records were written in notebooks, papers, or separate files. Once those records were misplaced, I had to visit the property personally just to collect updated information and write everything again.

Every new tenant also meant preparing printed contracts, collecting information, writing receipts manually, and keeping documents organized. It took time, and important details could easily become scattered.

Utility billing was another challenge. For properties using my own water source, I had to calculate water usage manually per cubic meter. I also wanted the billing and receipts to look professional, so I sometimes created designs manually in PowerPoint.

That experience became the reason RentalManagerHub was created — to help landlords manage rental operations with less manual work and fewer missing records.
